Summer High-Performance Camp 2022

High-Performance training camp (12 athletes maximum)

Athletes must be U12-U18 provincial/State ranked players training for National and International events

  • 8:00 am arrival
  • 8:30 physical warmup
  • 9:00 speed, strength, and agility training (Axon Sport Performance)
  • 9:45 snack and recovery nutrition
  • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Tennis morning session
  • 12:00-12:20 Stretching ad recovery
  • 12:20 – 1:00 Lunch
  • 1:00 -200 Dartfish film study and data analysis
  • 2:00 to 3:00 Mental Performance training
  • 3:00 to 5:00 Tennis afternoon session
  • 5:05 -5:25 stretching and recovery
  • Athletes who need work can also use physio at this time

Investment $575 per week (Mon-Thurs) plus HST (everything is included) Gym membership, Recovery shakes (2 per day), All practices are filmed and stored for player review. Tournament coaching (travel and expenses are extra)

Thursday night and Friday are travel times

If the player is not in a tournament -Saturday and Sunday are private and matchplay days
